Check the availability calendars located at the bottom of the page under "View Properties" for each condo. Call us, or send an email with your phone number, and we'd be happy to set up your reservation. We accept all major credit cards, but prefer payment by check.

Our normal cancellation policy is a minimum of 2 weeks' notice before arrival date. If you cancel after this date, we charge one night's rent.

Reservations made for Jeep Safari week and its two weekends, are subject to the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival are charged the full amount of the reservation. Only if a unit is subsequently rebooked by another party for that time will a consideration be made regarding the amount of the cancellation fee.

Check-in anytime after 3:00 PM. In your confirmation materials you will receive a map to direct you to your unit, and instructions regarding entering your condo. There is no reception desk at Rim Village, so be sure to bring these materials with you! Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Your invoice will be left on the kitchen counter with instructions for payment.
